Houston has an official hot dog! Well at least for a limited time. JCI Grill had a contest to create a new hot dog style for it’s new Houston location. So what’s a Houston dog made of? It’s an all beef hot dog wrapped in bacon and topped with cheese, chili, fried and fresh jalapenos all on a soft white hot dog bun. My mouth is watering just thinking about this tasty creation! Any one up for a Texas road trip?
According to NewsFix JCI Grill’s Houston Dog was to be unveiled in early September but it’s roll out was delayed due to hurricane Harvey. JCI Grill plans to donate a portion of each Houston dog to the HSPCA to help animals effected by the hurricane.
